    Bonus issue

    Ga is my state. I received a bonus today (Friday) for goals met last year. The bank has a 10 day hold on the check. If I turn in my notice on Monday can they stop payment on the check? The bonus agreement says you are to be employed when the check is given.

    State of Ga. I just received a bonus (Friday)for meeting last years goals. the agreement states a person has to be employed when bonus is paid out. The bank has a 10 day hold on the check. My question is if I turn in my notice Monday can they stop payment on the check?
