Thank you for your quick reply. Ebay Vehicle Protection Program lasts only 90 days. This is hidden in their "fine prints" I read the 2015 California Code link but still don't understand on how post a bond to get title. Can you provide more details? Another (perhaps last) option is to sue...- TruongKy
