    Idaho. In general, is that the way the difference would work between the two types of agreements? Or is there no way to know?

    I am hoping to leave my current company, to the company that bought part of it. They have a no solicitation agreement. If I apply to said company without being solicited, I am able to leave of my own free will without any issues. Is that correct? Or could there still be part of the agreement...
