i was wondering the same thing actually. I have a MD license and got a ticket in North Carolina, but I am about to get a florida license because I am living there now.

I read somewhere that it is hard to prove reckless driving, is this true? And on another note, when the officer pulled me over he never mentioned that he was putting reckless driving as one of my violations. Does this mean anyhting?
