What sort of warehouse? How did it fall over? Why did you put so many cases of water in the cart?
Owner? Why would you think anyone other than you is at fault for your injuries?
Anyone can sue anyone for anything. If you believe your injuries were someone's fault other than your own, you'll have to prove negligence. Nothing in your post suggests you can do that, but you didn't provide relevant facts. Feel free to consult with a local personal injury attorney.

You said "warehouse" but we have to figure that you weren't in Sam's or Costco, since you spoke with the owner of some sort of private business so we assume that's what it was. And if it was a private business where you had the ability to load 25 cases of bottled water on a cart in the first place, I'm still very confused. And the staff didn't call you an ambulance, loaded the water in your vehicle, we assume and told you not to come back???? Okay, if you broke your leg right below the tibia, you DID NOT just drive yourself home. What happened here? Any kind of comments we make demands more detail, including and beginning with what U.S. state you are in.

When the store clerks came to help you, did you tell them you needed medical help? Did you ask for an ambulance if you felt that you needed immediate medical care? Is the parking lot owned by the warehouse store?
You probably want to contact them and request to fill out an accident report.

How do you get that from the facts listed here? Yeah if it was a regular shopping cart of course, but this was a warehouse club roll cart. A flat cart.

1) What state?
2) Who loaded the cart?
3) If not loaded by you, who authorized you to move it?
4) Was this a personal purchase or a business purchase?
If you loaded the cart and then tried moving it, that's on you.
If you were picking up an order and didn't ask for and/or wait for help, that's on you.
It's not like you were hit by a runaway cart.
It doesn't sound like this was while you were working and you were ordered to move the cart all by yourself.

The OP specially said it was a "shopping roll cart from warehouse". Yes, one would think that those could not "fall over". However, a full one that hit a bad bump in a parking lot or had another odd occurance might very well be the exception to that.
Can you think of something else that the OP might have described as a "shopping roll cart from warehouse"?

Did you include "warehouse"? That brings up more what I was thinking of - and while I can see poorly loaded items falling off, I find it hard to picture the items falling off and the cart tipping over, all while landing on someone pushing (or pulling, like I tend to)... It would be most helpful if @melbw could come back and clarify what they mean. IMO, anyway.
I've never heard the term "shopping roll cart." I googled the term, and most of the results looked like this:
I added the word "warehouse" and got all sorts of results, including airport luggage carts and things like this:
Since some folks are assuming the "warehouse" reference means places like Costco and Sam's Club, Costco's carts look like this (and Sam's Club's carts are similar):
Costco also has these (as does Sam's Club), but I'd never refer to that as a "cart":
Unless the OP returns and tells us what he/she is talking about, speculation seems pointless.
