The only document I signed was giving up my car to be traded in at the dealership. I did not sign any other paperwork. I was listed on his car insurance until I gave the car back.

His name is on the car. He traded in my car which had my name on it for this newer car.
He is claiming that since he asked for the car back in February and has been paying for the car and insurance that it should be considered his child support payments.
I never signed anything. I never had him sign anything. I turned the money over to him with the thought in mind that this was going to be our house once we were married. Looking back, I do feel very foolish for being so trusting.
I gave it to him with the assumption we were engaged to be married and this was going to be OUR home. I later found out the home was purchased with his name and his wife's name on it. I do have copies of this paperwork I obtained through public records.
