      If the letter references which Court you were suppose to appear, call that Court direct. If not, contact the people on the letter and ask them to verify the judgement. A little note to the wise...CA will do and say most anything to get you to pay. This letter might be just that.

      Depends on where the money goes. If it goes into your retirement, then they can't touch it. If you cash out, and put the proceeds into a normal bank account, then they could get it ONLY after a judgement has been made against you.
