just want to say thank you. I will be looking for a new attorney, for sure. I've spoken with the insurance company involved as well, and am checking into retraining. That's 3 degrees, and years of training, all for nothing.

...I should also mention here that the employer disallowed us to use the lifting harnesses to help protect against injury. They are still disallowed...even though others have been injured in the same way I was.
