     Found Out I now owe....

     What is the name of your state? North Carolina I just found out that I owe the IRS $1460. Can I make a offer to settle this? I can not come up with all that right now. Not sure what to do. I have 30 days to tell them what I plan to do. :eek:

     Missed Lien on Refi.

     What is the name of your state? North Carolina We refinanced on Dec. of 2004. No problem with the closing. February of 2005, recieved a letter to tell us that there was a lien place on the house. It was to be paid off if we paid off our original mortgage. We did not remember this was even...
