"Disney" is a famous mark, so even if you stray outside what Disney does (which is pretty broad to begin with), you're going to be in trouble. My trademark of RemoteView is not famous and the fact that there are other RemoveView trademarks that exist in other market spaces.- FlyingRon

Who would be responsible for getting and paying a locksmith in this circumstance?
Later desks have wafer locks that are easily jiggled. Older locks might be warded (trivial) or levers (may take a minute to come up with a tool as you don't see these every day in modern locks). But yes, it doesn't take much skill to unlock a desk.- FlyingRon

Person A is full of it. Why on earth would you put your keys inside a desk you're trying to sell? The standard is not just that Person B didn't know the desk would lock, but that NO PERSON would reasonably assume shutting a roll top would lock that way NOR that Person A would be dumb enough...- FlyingRon

Presumably, you have damage to your car. Absent any evidence as to who did it, you're out of luck. Don't expect the police to do any investigation. Neither tax records nor GIS determines ownership. You're going to have to pay for a proper title search to go through the historical land records (deeds and whatever). In 40+ years of doing independent contracting, I've never had to show anybody the 1099's I received. And yes, you're obligated to report income whether 1099'd or not (not all contracts even require 1099s to be issued). -
