If I can't collect on the judgment from small claims ($4,900) can't I at least
make the judgmenet debtor's life miserable by sending the credit bureaus
court documents to show he has a bad debt?
And how about the IRS... give them a head's up he...

Long story short:
Neighbor plumber rippped us off, I filed 30-day letter, followed
up with small claims, won by default, got treble damages for about $4,800.
Requested a Writ of Execution from court, paid Sheriff $48 to serve him.
