     Another fallen tree question...

     What is the name of your state? Wis. Hi All! Is it legal to throw ("return") branches that have fallen onto a neighbor's property? If this happens, what recourse is available? Thanks!

     Fallen tree question....

     Hi, I'm in Connecticut. Is it legal to cut up and throw (' return' ) a neighbor's tree (or any part therof) back onto his property after it has fallen? Thanks! Sam
