  Posted Max speed limit is 55 mph. I got ticketed by the CHP for exceeding 65 mph.
  
  I was ticketed for exceeding 65 miles per hour, but the posted speed limit was 55 miles per hour. Did the CHP officer made an error? And if so, can I win if proceeded to trial?
