     Restricted licence and DMV ( VA)

     I was granted restricted licence by the court for my DUI. I was advised to obtain FR 44 and take it to DMV to get my restricted licence. Today I went to DMV and they say my licence is revoked and I need to take written, eye and driving test in order to get licence. they didn't have any record...

     resticted license and working shift

     my restricted license states I can deive to work on certain days and certain hrs. eg m - f ( 8 to 6 PM) . shift become available during weekend say sat 6 to 11 PM. and I have an email stating the day and time of the new shift. can I drive to work on the new shift?
