Lease Back Agreement

How much time can go by before I sue?
The state of New York has a 3 year statute of limitation on a personal injury claim. So no it's not too late to make a claim. Did you contact the insurance company of the taxi driver? As far as the air bags.....it's not 100%. In the owner's manual it should state that air bags may not always go...- jpritchett81

when does your policy legally go in effect?
I would think the moment you sign up for insurance you're covered. I know with progressive you can just print out your insurance cards while you wait for the other ones in the mail.- jpritchett81
