So I dont' have the right to choose to take a day off with out pay? My Boss would not care either way however the Policy police would.

:confused: my employer will not approve requests for time off (only talking a day here) if there is not sufficient accrued vacation or personal time. There is no written policy stating this. How can this be enforced? What option do I have?
