In the state of Pennsylvania

I did some secret squirrel stuff to find out if I had any warrants out for my arrest and it turns out I didn't. I haven't rec'd any notices from the courts stated a warrant or bench warrant has been issued for my arrest for failure to comply.

Jag
I did the process last year and JAG sucked. They only work for officers. Give them a try first and then move on to DCF,DHS,DHSH or whatever the agency is called in your state.
I am currently active duty in the Navy and these were my experiences. You've only been in five months you'll learn...

That raises another question:
The father had every oppurtunity to stop the process and present his evidence (custody agreement) to my lawyer and refused to do so. I mean literally refused to share the information. Wouldn't that put them both at fault?
In your humble opinion
how would you view...

Wow
Even though mother had or has comtempt charges against her in PA and on paper father had primary physical custody of children. Because he was properly served with the adoption paper work he's SOL?
Step parent Adoption
Yes father was furnished with all paper work, notices and even spoke to our lawyer, but did not follow proper procedure to fight the adoption. Father's rights were terminated and adoption proceeded. Father did not communicate with the courts trying to stop the adoption...
