     Parental Accountability?

     I would deny any of the said charges because it sounds as if your step-son is on a vendeta against you.Other wise,there is a possibility that the state could take the your other children.I would consider my other children first & make sure you clean out your dresser drawers.

      This doesn't mean that you won't be charged with it eventually.Check into what the statue of limitations is in your state pertaining to your type of case.The statute may be 2 to 3 years or more in some states depending on the crime. This means that say the statute of limitation on 1st offense...
