you need to tell this to your insurance comp. they have lawyers for this type of stuff, if it really wasnt your fault they have to at leased fix the car

Well depends if they have deducibles on their policy.... if they do then more then likley, but if they have a family auot policy then more then likley no... it will be taken care of... though if they have a named auto policy then no coverage at all.... so you wouldnt have to pay a deducible you...
