      Civil Court Judgement vs. Bankruptcy -- Who rules???

      judgement included in bankruptcy chapter 7 A judgement was filed against me in Suffolk County in 1998. I then filed chapter 7 in 2000. I recently obtained my credit reports and the judgement does not show discharged in bankruptcy. What do I need to do to clear this up?
