     Income tax refund in regards to bankruptcy

     What is the name of your state? Kentucky I filed for bankruptcy in October 2004 and I just received my discharge. I got my income tax refund a couple of weeks ago and was told I wasn't allowed to cash or use any until my trustee lets me know. My attorney nor my trustee will let me know anything...
