     bench warrant from CO... Well okay... what I "meant" to say: What IF the passenger has to produce ID in Florida, and has an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear, in Colorado?? Would the local authorities have access to that info on a normal basis... What IF he were driving and and...

     What is the name of your state? Florida.... I have a friend who has missed the court hearings regarding DWI ticket in Colorado... second one in two years. Now living in FL with no drivers licence...??? Can he get a Florida Drivers licence with valid pass port and SSAN or will they check...
