     bad roommate

     Hi I live in the state of maine and I am getting ready to ask a roommate to leave. I am also the home owner. I want this to be fast and easy. Do I need to give this person the same time frame as a regular tenant? Thanks for your help...

     What is the name of your state?maine I had a non permitted apartment and someone called code enforcment I want to know who called as i have always had a good relationship with my neighbors (don't want to invite the rat to a cookout) do i have the right to know thanks
