     lunch break requirements

     What is the name of your state?minnesota My employer says that they are required to provide a 30 minute lunch break and weather I take it or work through it, it will still be deducted from my paycheck. Is this legal? :confused:

     What is the name of your state?fffMinnesota I was hired 4 months ago as a full-time permanent employee, I was told that after 90 days I would be eligible for health benefits. My manager knows I was hired as full-time permanent, but the owner of the company says i am part-time and not eligible...
