Can a Lawyer have an Employee of non legeal status - represent them during a consultation and sign the Lawyers name to any document ie: fee agreements, petition paper work, etc..
or does the employee need to be an Attorney also ??

if a company is advertising that they are a law firm - but do not have any lawyers working for them only " rent an Attorneys" and lead you into presmuming with out saying that they are an Attorney - is this legal.
ie: called a supposed law firm up...

if you are filing a BK in any chapter - make sure that the person representing you is an Attorney - do not assume - ask them - they might be a Paralegeal...
