Dear SMH,
If you read all of the posts you will see that i was being sarcastic. bassicly if causmiceye thinks he shouldn't have to pay child support in the same breathe he should do away with everything else i mentioned in my first post on this thread.
Well in my opinion all these child support and custody laws were established for a reason.
Yes some men get screwed over and YES believe it or not some women get screwed over because of these laws.
Do you realize how many children have food on the table and clothes on there backs because there...
call the attorney general tom riley and file a complaint they will help you get your money and any compensation due to you.

tell your freind to stop paying the rent!!!
and then she can tell the boyfreind that she will not pay his rent until her name is on the house plain and simple and if he kicks her out than she will realize that he was using her for money and if she can prove she has been paying the rent she can...
Since you were married to him you cannot be forced to sell the house. it's called rights of survivorship!
even though you were not on the deed. so until you die or decide to move out nobody gets a penny
Child support is calculated by how much money the non custodial parent makes. if he doesn't make more money than more than likely the support will not be raised. the court will simply say if you can't affard the school than the child shouldn't attend
and yes you can take him to court on both...
I'm sorry but a court would not take away a parents rights because of failure to pay child support. there must be something you are not telling us. if a court has not givin you custody of your son than there is a reason not just because a grandmother thinks he's better with her.
and if you...
If your grandchild is with his parents than you have no rights. the parents say who can and can't interact with their child and the court has no ruling over this. if the child is not in the parents custody than yes you can be granted visitation.
If your father in-law owns this house all he has to do is quit claim the deed to her and it is hers.
if this is to avoid a claim on the estate from medicaid there is a 5 year look back period where they could still make a claim if he dies within 5 years of transfering the deed to her. although...
I can't see how this could be illegal although it is very slick!!!
Prison mail is supposed to be monitored so if the fact that the address is another prison or the same prison and they don't notice than they are idiots!
Plus that procedure is not 100% effective. there is always a chance of conceiving and i am sure that the paper work you had to sign to have this procedure done included this so that means you have no case.
Sorry
If this were the case do you know how many people would have sued trojan when there...
Nothing will happen to her 50% unless you sell the house. They will put a lein on your house for her 50% and upon selling her 50% will go to them. if you do not plan to sell than you don't have to worry about it.
If you can prove that you have paid for everything and she has contributed nothing except for the 10 grand than you have a good chance of not having to pay her anything. she can't force you to buy her half. and you can take her to court and force her to sign those checks. as horrible as it...
Do not agree
If the landlord rents the apartment for less money that's his loss he connot recieve rent twice under any circumstance! yes she would be responsible for placing the add in the paper ETC. but he has to make an effort to rerent if he does not than he forfeits his money he connot just...
