That's a good question. I think so. I don't know 100 percent. Im pretty sure if 911 was called im assuming they talked to her unless she cancelled it before they got their.- Tpatzo

Can a police report be cancelled?
About 2 months ago my friend called 911 on her bf for assult. Or domestic violence. An hour 2 later she called them back and cancelled the report. Is this possible? She said they gave her a confirmation number. I looked up online if a report can be cancelled it said it can't.- Tpatzo

He peed clean. He didn't even get nailed with a probation violation. Basicly they said sense their was no police report they couldn't charge him. Someone called in a report but the po couldn't do nothing as the police weren't called.- Tpatzo

I am way to involved. I'm thinking about her kids & her lieing to the courts to try to get this case thrown out. Plus she's on felony probation for theft at the moment. He knows she didn't call the cops. It was the brother. He wouldn't hurt her cause of his stupidity. I am scared in jail though he might turn it around and say she attacked me to. The problem is he wasnt arrested the same day the incident happened. Was like 2 days later. He knows her brother was the one that talked to his po. They were doing great. He didn't put his hands on her again or after she came back from her moms. She wants to stay with the guy. That's y she's...- Tpatzo

I'm still unsure of what to tell her. Shes going to try to toss her brother under the bus and say he's lying. He has a negative piss test. If she does this the court might need to subpoena her brother maybe I don't know. She thinks sense she had no cop involvement and didn't call the cops on...- Tpatzo

She don't want to leave. She wants him to be out of jail. He does have 1 prior assult charge to. This won't look good. She's going to tell the courts that her brother don't like her bf and made it up to get him arrested. She thinks cause she didn't call the cops that their isn't enough evidence- Tpatzo
