He is also going after them for taking advantage of a disabled person, but he said he has to talk to the state attorney, or something like that for that. He was pretty angry about the whole deal.- Mickey52

It said 12999.00 on car and that's the price he told me. He charged me 13749.00 Anyways I obtained a attorney, thank you all for the help. Wish me luck.- Mickey52

Dealer did not sign any of my paper work on a car purchase.
The bill of sale says 13.440.00 and the contract says 13.739.00. Neither of them are signed by the dealer. The car was 12.999.00. I have a picture of it on the car.- Mickey52

Ahh. Ok ya they never even showed me the credit application they sent to the banks. Also when I went in I made it perfectly clear I did not want a hard hit on my credit report until we got our mortgage or I would come back after we got mortgage. Only in this car. Never happened in my truck or my finances car which I am driving now and she is driving the new car. It has to do with the head rest does not adjust in new car and it is constantly pushing forward on my head.- Mickey52

I did not need a attorney to get my disability. I was sent straight to disabilities Doctor. I was approved within 2 weeks. Never once did they say I was unable to keep my license.- Mickey52
