Hey Zigner and HRZ do you know if alaska state civil courts can issue an order for the cancellation of a child's Medicaid if it requires a separate application from SSI? But it is a stand alone SSI and Medicaid for a child with a disability. It is not tied to either parent's household.

He was not placed in the facility due to an IEP, he was placed in the facility with an IEP. The IEP really only governs activities at his high school and does not seem to be related to his foster care placement in any way.

That is a good idea. Would the Office of Children's Services have that info even though it is not affiliated with them? I will check it out regardless. However, I believe they are in good standing.
