I don't disagree with you on that fact not2cleverRed. The price of getting caught with drugs is just one reason you shouldn't use or even have them around you. Thank you for your reply.
I'm asking this question for someone I Know. He is a welder and his home base is here in Virginia, but he travels a week or a few at a time to work. Its not something new, he's done this for a long time. Lots of out of town and lots of out of state work.
Wondering how you think the presumed Father would feel about this? Do you care? You say she don't want to be with him yet she's willing to LIE to her OWN child. How about the child who is now 3 … Does it matter that the child would have a strong bond to the presumed Father? I'm not asking to...
In the state of Virginia is it possible to work out of town while on supervised probation? On probation because of a felony drug charge that resulted in no jail time, loss of license for 6 months, but 20 years of supervised probation.
Court today ended with the Exs Boyfriend Pleading Guilty to the Felony Class 5, charge. 5 years sentence, with 5 years suspended. Loss of driving privileges for 6 months. Supervised Probation that starts at sentencing for the next 20 years.
I have my son this week. I will figure my Ex wont...
Im positive you see more background checks than I do. I don't tend to be around people who use drugs, nor is my circle full of people that deal with the police on any kind of negative basis. The court date is in two weeks. We will see how it goes for him this time around.
I do. I stated that in a previous post. You do understand that there are current felony drug charges against the Moms current bf, right? There seems to be a pattern. You know anyone with numerous Nolle Prosequi outcomes? Just asking?
Who goes to jail to pick someone up … and does not know the charges brought against them? Isn't it our duty to know someone well before moving in with them and exposing them to your child. She knows who this man is. She's been living with him for just over 2 years. And she remains in his home...
Nolle Prosequi … My understanding is this sometimes happens when the prosecution feels that their case is weak. There are a number of other reasons as well. Perhaps, the guy rolled over and he helped the system catch a bigger fish. If one does not take action to have this expunged, along with...
3 marijuana charges. Two misdemeanor convictions, one Nolle Prosequi. Distribute Methamphetamine, Distribute Amphetamine, both resulted in Nolle Prosequi. 2 possession of cocaine charges, both Nolle Prosequi. And now the current charges. Court date is next month. Luckiest man in the world, right.
Yes, no way I could not act on this situation. Some say it may make me look petty. That's not my intension at all, simply don't want my son in an environment that tells him drugs are ok. Unfortunately, there is little communication between us because she hides a lot of the truth. When I called...
My son told me he went to jail and had to talk to Moms live in boyfriend through a glass. I immediately called Mom and asked why she had my son at a jail and what had her boyfriend done to land in jail. She insisted the boyfriend was a no show for court on a speeding ticket he had received...
