     Do I have any sort of case?

     So, I filed for unemployment and they denied me stating that the findings were that I “voluntarily quit”. The employer said I didn’t make contact and didn’t show up for scheduled work. Which is far from the truth and a lie.

     That’s true, it was a contractor. I was a delivery driver. Could I get unemployment for working three months?

     I’m not even sure if I have a case. But a few weeks ago I passed out at work and was taken to the hospital, where they ended up keeping me for a couple of days..
