I Guess i'll try to have him served, this is something that the sheriffs department does right? Excuse my ignorance but is my first time getting involve in a dilemma like this.
All i have is text messages where indicates that i am helping him to get situated and where he says he will pay on time for all of it, i also have text messages from his mom thanking me for the help and i have one of his friends from Florida who is aware of it.
I don't know where he is located at this point but i have copy of his driver license and last two addresses where he has been, phone number and email, would that be enough to start a case?
I am working with the collection agency and dealership to pay that debt but i wanted to know under what legal terms can i sue him and if a lawyer will work with me in this case in Florida state since i am located in Virginia. I truly want him to know that being dishonest is not worth it
