     They were given instruction to dispose of her at the funeral homes convienence. So we dont even know if she will be put at her burial plot.

     I made arrangements for him to go see my friend and the attorney that done the will. He has a hard time comprehending matters like this. I tell him what the big words or phrases mean so he will underatand

     He is timid and not really law educated. Im just helping him out. I had power of attorney for my father. I just refuse to let this happen. She worried Hasbro what would happen to ricky. I promised her i would continue to make sure he was ok. She was happy with that.

     The funeral home rejected her dress and glasses. Thats when i found out that she was just supposed to be done away with at the convenience of the funeral home. No embalming. No last good bye.... Nothing

      No. She was named in the will and it also states that if she doesn't fulfill duties that ricky is to take over the estate and duties. I read that.

      The executor say Id ahe couldn't be fired. She allowed an ex daughter in law to go into the safety deposit box for burial policy and god knows what else she took. She also went through the house an got an outdated will and not the current one and took it. It is null and void as he has an...
