What is the name of your state? Texas
I was wondering about the option on the 1040A that you can have part or all of your refund applied to your estimated taxes for the following year. My questions are as follows;
:confused:
1, Can we use this option if we owe past taxes that we have an O.I.C. pending on? Will the IRS apply it to next years taxes?
2, Or will they take our refund again?
3, If we filed our taxes and wanted our refund would we get it since the O.I.C. is pending?
Thanks in advance!
