Ohio, but the father lives somewhere--I believe he lives i Pa. Anyways, I have done the human services thing to find him and they haven't yet. It has been 11 yrs. what can I do/go from here? I do know where his parents live, but they don't want to tell where he is.

Forgive me but what are you asking??? Why are you looking for bio-dad, what is it about? Can't give you an answer on what to do if we don't know what you're doing it for.

I realize your delima but I do hope you realize that when and if he's found that you will ONLY receive CS from the date you filed... not for the past 11 years.

We were ordered for court hearing(six months after my sons birth)he never showed. They put him on a world wide parent locator system never got a hit. Sent papers to Pa family court system to help. They sent us court date after court date he never showed. In 1995 Human services closed my case saying they couldn't help me, but I again applied for their services(same year the closed it) and have been waiting since for a hit on the parent locator system. I did give them a valid address in I believe 1996, but never got anywhere with it.

Was paternity established? I find it odd that at the inital hearing they didn't order a judgement. Of course just because they order him to pay doesn't mean he will. So I don't know if they would go back that far but since you have an agency working on it possibly.

Not sure how it works for sure but I would think that until paternity is established then you probably wouldn't get back support. Depending on if you can prove when he left compared to conception or birth of child he could fight that he never knew about child and found no reason for anyone to let you know where he was. ETC... never know but good luck
