What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

What means can this be used:

14 days for breaching the lease by behaving in a manner that presents a clear and imminent danger to the tenant himself, other tenants, guests, the landlord, or the landlord’s property, and lease provides for termination for violation violation of the lease.

Seems pretty straight forward. Typically things like drug use, threatening someone with violence, waving guns around like an idiot, etc.. In some states, domestic violence.
