We have given our daughter every chance to live within the rules of our house. EVERY conversation turns into a shouting match. She was employed and was fired... she was in school and dropped out... we have given her ultimatums over and over again. When my wife called me at work today in tears saying our 1 year old became frightened because of the yelling I decided I needed to find out legally what could be done to evict her from our house.

I told her (just now) on the phone that I was writing up a contract that she would need to sign to remain in our house until she could find a place of her own. The contract will simply be rules that need to be followed. I want to include in that contract requirements like proof of employment and consequences if the rules are broken. I would also like to include cites of laws stating that I can evict her if these rules are broken.

We are a large family (5 kids all togheter ages 1, 10, 12, 14, 18) and have a great time. The 18 is a step of mine and has been trouble all through Middle School and High School. I have been her father since she was 18 months, legally shares my name. This is very hard on my wife and I but to keep our family from becoming scarred from the constant biligerance, arogance, and yelling the axe has to come down... tough love.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
