What is the name of your state?Michigan

Does anyone know how long after filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy it takes to be able to start re-establishing your credit?

Also, I have medical bills, 1 secured car loan, 2 judgements and a couple of other miscellaneous bills. I do not own my own home. Nor do I have anything of value (besides my car). I have low income and I can not pay all of these bills. Does anyone know if this is enough to file bankruptcy?

Thanks in advance!

You can start reestablishing your credit just after your discharge. It's usually pretty easy to obtain a secured credit card. You'll probably want to look into credit repair first (check out http://www.creditboards.com ).

There is no minimum dollar requirement to file for bankruptcy. From the sound of what you have posted, you would defintely benefit from filing.
