What is the name of your state? Maryland

I recently received a letter from an attorney in MD demanding a $10k payment for a debt in my name for a bank in Florida. I responded via Certified Mail, disputing the debt, asking for a copy of any judgment, validation, etc. Received a second letter w/ a copy of the original judgment in the amount of $4k. This was a auto loan from 1984 in Florida. I voluntarily returned the car in 1984, did not receive a deficiency notice after the sale of the car. This is the first communication I have received in 20 years! What are my options.
