my stepfather was convicted in the past for dwi offence and was given 2 years served 10 months and then out on parol,which he completed. he was just charged with felony 3 dwi and then later on the paper work it said "inhanced" on the paper work. i would like to know what is the worst that could happen, and what is most likely to happen. i am so frightend for him and the family. this is in the state of texas. thank you so much.
