I'm 18 and recieved my 2nd mip alcohol a couple weeks ago. I'm just wondering if my 1st one when I was 17 effects this one? What kind of sentence am I looking at? Iv'e realized my partying lifestyle and freinds aren't getting me anywhere so I've decided to move to Las Vegas with my brother and clean up. I was wondering how this will effect any sentence I receive. Your advice is appreciated.

I wouldn't move until after your court date and you run it by the judge.

Because of you did, you would be in a whole lot more trouble then you already are. What will probably end up happening is, you'll have to pay some fines. Do some community service and is it possible that you may get your drivers lience taken away. If you work then it would only be able to drive to and from home and work.
