I live Maryland. I am the paternal G.mother of the
children in question. My 3yr old gchild lives with
the fraternal gmother with temp. custody which is up
5/3/01. Can I file for perm. custody or guardianship
for him? My other 1yr old gchild is in foster care.
He's been there since birth. I want to get custody of
him also. My question is by me being the gmother will
I be entitled to any financial support for 1yr or both?
Will I have to adopt one or both? My daughter is emotional
