What is the name of your state? CA

I have this ice-machine that has been problematic. We had the machine serviced for the third time and still concerned.

I did not contact the manufacturer yet and only dealt with the service company. Is there a rule that I can get the machine replaced with a new one if the machine becomes inoperable for the fourth time?
