Will giving notices to landlord more than once once a year or less cause me to be kicked out if don't move out?

I gave notice to landlord to move out. I'm not sure I want to move now. The other place is out of state. I did tell landlord in notice that if I don't move out would let him know right away.

So this notice will be your first notice you give to your landlord? Back in the day I was able to rescind my notice, fortunately the landlord hadn't rented out my unit yet so everything go back to normal. I was a bit worried for my kid cuz he has some difficulty in school when it come to re-adjusting, luckily by that time he was using this online math 6 tutor app and could have made things easier if we had to move out. But yeah, if your landlord has already rented out your unit then I don't think you can stay.

Normally, when you give a landlord 30 days notice they attempt to re-rent the unit to someone else so that it is not empty for very long. If your landlord has already rented the unit to someone else then yes, it will be a problem if you try to rescind your notice. I suggest that you make up your mind one way or another immediately, and then you let your landlord know, immediately.

To me, a notice of (in essence) "Hey, I might be moving in 30 days...I'll let you know" isn't valid notice at all.

I've been here the full year already. Plus going on 4 months. I want to move due to the drugs going on but if the other place doesn't get back to me to finalize the rent etc, I'll be homeless . At this point where I live I don't think they care if you come and go as long as you've lived here the full year like I've already done.

I have to renew in the summer. It's a year lease
When in the summer?

I agree with LdiJ. Once you give a “30-day notice,” the landlord will be looking to fill the rental so it will not remain empty when your lease expires. By submitting a notice too early, you run the risk of having the unit rented out before you have the chance to renew.

I recommend that you tell your landlord that you have not yet decided whether to renew or to move and that you will let the landlord know at least 30 days before the lease expires.

The earlier you renew, the better assured you will be of having a place to live. Plus, early renewals can also lead to some positive rent reduction negotiations.

You clearly didn't understand what I was telling you. Most landlords will have a unit re-rented to a new tenant BEFORE the old tenant moves out. When you gave the landlord notice the landlord had the legal right to do that. Landlords do NOT wait until the old tenant moves out to start trying to find a new tenant.

I did tell the land lord I would stay. Unable to renew till the set date.

Then you should be okay, if your landlord understands now that you are looking to renew.

Or maybe not. If I had a tenant that was regularly sending notice that they were going to move they would be moving as soon as I could require that they do so.
