What is the name of your state? Alabama

I am a 3rd party defendent and have been sanctioned for $6000, all claims dismissed (which I had none filed yet) and prohibited from testifying at trial (which I wasn't going to testify anyway).

Clarifaction: This is an action brought by my hubby and I was made a 3rd party defendant by the defendants in his case.

I knew the judgment was coming and had already instructed my attorney to file an appeal and I now find out he did not appeal. The judgment was entered on Sept 30 and I was notified Nov 1 by my attoreny which said he was notified on Oct 28. I think my time for appeal has run out due to my attorney.

I had 2 sites which i can not find now - one was rules for civil procedure for alabama and the other one was rules for professional conduct for alabama.

I am willing to take on my case now and will fire my current attorney. But I need direction on which way to go? Vacate Motion? Go to Appeal?

Thanks in advance....
