What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I currently reside in Hillsborough Co Florida.

I am going through a nasty divorce with my ex. We had previously resided with her parents during the marriage but I was forced to leave the home after a domestic violence incident (I am the victim). Shortly before the DV incident I financed large appliances in my name only for us.

The property that I was forced to leave behind includes lots of small items but also large appliances, vehicles, boats, guns, etc. Her parents (the owners of the property) that we resided with have stated that I am not allowed on their property to retrieve my property. I have this in writing via text and email.

Her parents and the property are now under expedited foreclosure (despite charging me rent to live there they haven't made a single payment in close to a year). Is there anything I can file in the foreclosure case to notify the bank that my property is there and subject to divorce proceeding (not abandoned property that they claim are their assets now). In addition I know they are now consulting with a bankruptcy attorney and have taken one of my vehicles and registered it in their own names. What can I file to ensure my property is recognized as my own and not theirs?
