What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia (Dekalb County) We need to know if someone appearing on their 3rd misdemeanor shoplifting charge would have some mandatory jail time, or is there a chance they might exchange it for more community service for example? Straight up;What's the normal outcome in court for a charge like this? ...Thanks for any info.!!

They didn't learn their license the first two times? I can see them serving some jail time.
