my husband got his 4th dui and got 15 to 30 months under state but is spending it in county for work release. what is the mandatory sentence for 4th convictions? Another guy is in jail with him with the same charges and got 11 1/2 months. Also every time i call is attorney he never returns my phone calls can he be turned into the state board?
