5 years bar to enter USA

Lot of things to say. We had work authorization for 7 years in USA. We have 3 kids born in USA. In 1996 we became landed immigrant in Canada. We have business, properties in USA and Canada. We were in and out from USA several time during the last 4 years. But now INS stopped us at airport and they did not let us go and barred us for 5 years to enter in USA. Please let me know if there is any way we can waive this restriction and or stay in USA legally. Or if you please refer to any good immigration attorney who can solve the problem. We never get any public welfare, we are tax payer and we are not burdon on US economy.

So where are you now ?? Once you are banned, it is very difficult to get back in. There are lots of immigration attorneys about, just search for them on the internet.
