What is the name of your state? Minnesota

Before My divorce my mate, who is of a different race, and I went to a curtain-call, if you will, the company was seeking slightly older married couples to audition for a commercial showcasing the company's support of long and loving relationships with their products and services.

Believing we were passed over for the simple fact of the race matter, and did not represent the standard all-american face of the american family, according to the company's standard( now that is my take), I have not forgotten that humilating moment, and have often considered filing civil suit, but it's a huge national company, and support many community projects even in our community for sure, but their dismissal of us seems so very degrading, what is that saying to our children..I know, you're saying "what the hell is your question?"

I am no longer married, can I take civil action as if I was, or on behalf of couples such as I (once were).

Sure you can sue on your own if you are within the statute of limitation. (You didn't say when that happened.)

...Believing we were passed over for the simple fact of the race matter....

That will be difficult to prove. Also, the fact that you got divorced may not help you.
